The EUDRAC group announces the acquisition of EUDRAC Ltd (based in Chalgrove, UK) by the QbD Group (https://qbdgroup.com/) effective 7th November 2022. EUDRAC Ltd will be renamed as QBD Ltd.
The EUDRAC companies in Heidelberg, Germany and Sophia Antipolis, France will continue to operate as EUDRAC GmbH and EUDRAC Sarl.
Ongoing collaborative agreements have been established between these three organisations to ensure that the services received by our clients are not affected by this change in ownership.
